Tower of London

Hi All,

Well today we finally started to do some of the touristy things, we went to The Tower Of London. It's quite a cool thing to go into the chambers of all the old kings and historical figures that you hear and read about. We saw many things including historical manuscrips, armour, all sorts of weapons ( even experimental ones which look rather threatening ) kids being escorted of the premises by guards for trying to distract the London guards with the funny hats, the crown jewels, torture instruments and many different displays and stuff. We quite enjoyed it but had to leave early as Hanna was not and is still not feeling to well ( She's been spewing all afternoon ). In the coming days we plan to go see Buckingham Palace, Madam Tussauds ( I think that's how it's spelt, i dunno i was always hopeless at school ), The British Museum ( got lots of Egyptian Mummies ), Big Ben ( good name ) and anything else I can find in our London Pocket Map & Guide that Melinda gave me for Christmas ( good present ) that looks like fun. Will keep you informed. But for now enjoy the photo's.
