Here You go!!!

I know they are a little fuzzy but here is a pic of Ben literally pulling a beer for a customer.
So im sorry it took so long but he wouldnt let me take one of him until he didnt know i was taking it!
Yeah he looks good pulling Beers and working in a pub but he is still my car sales man!

Q Club!!!

Yes thats right... Ben and Hanna went out clubbing in the town of Exmouth. W ewent to Q club for Milads going away do (even though we are having a lock in on Monday night for him as well). Milad is Egyption. He is the one with Ben and i in the photo above. We will be staying with him when we leave the Diggers and go back to London.
Meet some of the boys. From Left to Right. Gabi, he is a chef from Romainia. Les, he is a Local and is Maurice (on the left of Ben) life long best friend. They live just up the road. Maurice is Mell and Billys dad (who work with us) and is Sams husband. See Sam below.
This is Sam. Sam is the cleaner at the pub. Mel & Billys mum, Maurices wife. You will meet Maurices father later. He is a local who is in every morning and every early evening. And thats Gabi with us again.
Meet Mel. She is awesome and we love her heaps. Shes a really good worker and does everything, but more so a really good friend and we have heaps of fun with her. She is a little drunk there and will probably kill me for putting it on the blog.
And last of all we couldnt leave ourselves out!
Heaps more photos of the Pub people still to come. I just have to take the photos first!!!
You will all be surprised that Ben drove that night and i was the one worse for wear on Thursday!

Castle Drogo!!!

So we remember having a conversation with Mandy saying that Castle Drogo was not open on a Tuesday. We thought that was a rather useless piece of information to tell us until yesterday (Tuesday) we decied to go to Castle Drogo. It was closed. Ben and i remembered when we got there and saw the closed signd. Silly Billys.
So we decided to go on a walk. The sign said to wear apropriate shoes. If you can see my feet, i didnt. So we didnt make it too far but we did get some nice photos.
We also didnt get to far because playing in the back of my head was every parent telling their child they should have gone to the toilet before we left. I really had to go so we had to turn back!

This was the view from the Drive way of castle Drogo. The view back to the village it is next to. Ben thought it was pritty cool.

Fingle Bridge!!!

So we took a trip to a place called Fingle Bridge. This is where Ben and i had our very first cream tea in the UK. And we have to say that it was so good we went and got another one!
Meet Mandy & Alex Newby. They are our new friends! Friends who dont work at the Diggers Rest I know!!!!
Here we are demolishing our cream tea (without the tea). We didnt do it the Devon way though. Aparently the Devon way is Clotted cream first, then the jam. It just doesnt make sence.
Ben liked this little waterfall in the car park.
Here it is, Fingle Bridge!
Once we crossed the bridge we took a photo of the Fingle Bridge Inn where we had our cream teas.
Meet Irela! She is Mandy & Alex's little girl who is almost 8 months old. When we got to the Diggers she was about 3 and a half months. We have watched her grow, Smile, Crawl (just recently), clap, Ben got her to poke her tongue out and giggle! Ben was trying out his driving skills, 4 wheel driving with the buggy on rough surfaces. He did well.
A pic of the 4 of us walking along the Dartmore Ranges. It was just like walking through the ottways.
And again, en being adventurous. He had to feel the water about 10 times and we were hopeing to give you something funny to look at with him falling in, but it didnt happen.
Very lovely place and when we got back to the pub and told some of the locals where we had been, a couple told us that thats where they started going out. They had written there initials on a tree andaparently they are still there. Of course we didnt know this at the time so we didnt look for it.

More Dartmouth

Ok so you will need to see the post below to catch up but this is some more photo's at Dartmouth Castle.
After walking down some steps you got down next to the water which was really cool.
This is the Castle on the other side of the river
As always i had to do some exploring, didn't get very far though
Just one of the very nice views whilst we went on a small bush walk.
Lastly I just want to send a big hello to everyone that i haven't emailed or contacted. Really sorry i'm just really bad at keeping in touch, still love ya's all though!!!!

Dartmouth

Hi everybody, just thought i'd update you on some photo's of when we went to Dartmouth, a lovely town on the English Riviera about 45 min drive from where we live.

This is the view of the mouth of the river Dart, hence the name Dartmouth. Note on the right hand side in the distance the castle.
These two pictures are of the castle that i mentioned in the photo above, built right on the water, very cool. There is also a church but it is a bit hard to get a photo of unless you are on the river.

Yeovilton!!!

2 weeks ago, we drove to Yeovilton where my pop did his boot camp for the Army. We didnt exactly know what we were looking for so i dont know if i took the right photos for my pop but here is a couple for the family.

The place was huge so we had a drive around and i did take more photos so ill be able to see if my pop recognises anything!

Lyme Regis!!!

Hi guys, Sorry we have been so slack. We really havent been doing that much of interest. I have mainly been using my time off to watch 24 season 4. I know boaring but i get so pumped when i watch it. Yes i will be able to say that over a whole day in the UK i watched 24!This is Lyme Regis. Ben was told about this little sea side town so he decided to take me there. Mind you this was 2 weeks ago... see i have been slack!
Here is the beach front. Imagine living in these little houses right along side the beach.

We stopped at a little cafe right on the beach and had our lunch. As you can tell by my hair, it was very windy and rained occaisionally... but the crazy Brits were still swimming.
And this is the street we walked up to get back to the car. See, not much to be telling you guys about but at least you get to see where we have been. Ill continue the update after dinner!
