Amsterdam Continued...

Well Here is Amsterdam at night! It didnt get dark till late but was awesome. Ben and i had no desire to go to Amsterdam mainly because of its reputation. We loved it. It was a good place to go and so relaxed. We really enjoyed being on the river boat cruise where we had Currys for tea which were a little spicey for Bens likeing. It was funny to watch him have a cry!!! I love spicy food so i wasnt affected by it. It was a good way to get to know people and see the area on the cruise. Then others headed out into the red light district. Ben & Myself hung out with a couple of other people who were not into that sort of stuff and went and had a couple of drinks at the waterhole.

The next day we went toAnne Franks house which is the same today as it was 60 years ago when she lived there. You were not meant to take photos in there but i didnt see the signs. Woops. I did stop when i found out. But now i have some cool photos of Anne Franks house!
The photo above is of Ben walking behind the book case to go up the secret stair case to get to the Atic where they were living!
This photo is of Anne & Margots Bed room. Anne had decorated her walls with photos and pictures that are still there today. I found out that Margots birthday is the same day as mine just 60 years earlier!

So that waS Amsterdam over and done with!
