Switzerland

Welcome to Switzerland. This is the two of us in Lucern. ( I think thats how its spelt). We love Switzerland. We didnt have much time in the city but got to go to a watch shop where they sold the most amazing watches and swiss army knives.
Here we are just outside our accommodation. Check out our views. We stayed in a Hostel up a mountain called Mt Rigi. An absolutley fantastic place. We got up the mountain by a gondola and came back down by cog rail. The gondola would swing at parts of the way up which was heaps of fun cos it felt like you were going to swing right around. We did have a couple of people who didnt like heights and movement as such so it was funny to watch them have a fit when it swang. Nice of me i know!
This is the view out our bedroom window first thing in the morning. it was amazing. When i woke up i opened the curtains and the window. It wasnt even cold.




Behind us is our hostel. We decided to stand apart from eachother in this photo cos it was all starting to look the same.
This is Brendan and Ben on a train that as out the front of our hostel. Pretending to be train drivers. Brendan and Ben get along very well. Brendan supports the Tigers who forgot to show up to the game on Sunday. Go the Catters!!!!!

Ben and Mark went for a walk to find snow while Charlotte and i went back to our rooms and had a bath. Ben and Mark found snow and some other weird things while they were at it.
Your guess is as good as mine with this one. Its the swiss scarecrow!
As night falls....
Ben is taking some scerenity shots. You know the ones without people in them. I love them.

So we were not in Switzerland for very long but thought it was the best place we went. We had such a good time. We had the best meal there too which consisted of a good old BBQ with lots of salad. I think i ate 2 whole plates of salad. I was getting very over chips and meat. Our rooms were amazing with big fluffy dooners and a nice deep bath. I did say that every hotel that had a bath in it i was going to have one. Switzerland was the only place i had a bath in.

Ben and i think we will go back for another couple of days.

Next stop Paris.
